Job Title: Vice President, Global HR Delivery Partner

 

Purpose of the Role:

 

The Vice President, Global HR Delivery Partner is a pivotal role within our organization, aimed at enhancing our global workforce's effectiveness and efficiency through pragmatic and impactful HR delivery. This crucial role focuses on the strategic delivery of impactful HR projects, ensuring our operations align seamlessly with business needs through cutting-edge deliveries in people analytics, project management, and HR process execution. Your mission will be to steer HR towards operational excellence, ensuring the flawless execution of HR projects and processes across our Group Functions.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Leadership: Owning the delivery and implementation of cutting-edge HR projects and processes that align with the company’s goals and objectives, especially in areas of people analytics, project management, and HR process optimization.

 

People Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to inform and guide strategic decision-making, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

 

Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Apply best practices in project management to improve HR processes and delivery.

 

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement innovative solutions for HR service delivery challenges across global operations.

 

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, line managers, and other key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on HR matters and strategic support.

 

Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with corporate objectives. Drive the adoption of new HR practices and technologies.

 

Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Oversee the design and delivery of development programs that prepare employees for higher responsibilities and promote career growth.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.

 

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR or Project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global HR topics. Comprehensive understanding across the entire employee life cycle and reward, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development.

 

Skills: Expertise in people analytics and HR data systems leveraging data driven insights to support and drive organization change and optimize HR processes. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale HR initiatives. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Proficient in change management strategies and practices. Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence. Adept at collaborating across stakeholders to design and implement HR strategies that align with delivery of organisation goals, values and behaviours.

Other Requirements: Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
