About the team

 

As a Triager you will be an important part of the Operations team, working with skilled professionals from the field.

In Operations we process invoicing documentation from our clients, performing a high level data quality checks according to the contract and ensuring that the documents received are timely completed.

 

 

About the role

 

At this position our new colleague will be responsible for indexing and distributing the incoming claims documents from our clients (for example brokers), to responsible team or person. You will look for opportunities within the core process to add new value of Swiss Re and external clients, and closely cooperate with our claims ops colleagues.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Triaging – sorting - Reinsurance Claims documents in accordance to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring business results are met (quality output within the turnaround times defined) through understanding of basic Reinsurance Concepts and business tools and applications.
  • Associating the Claim process documents with the firsthand information to enable Claims examiners for further processing.
  • Identifying the reinsurance contracts or existing claims using business applications.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality parameters as defined by the process.

 

 

About you

 

You can bring your knowledge from accounting, finance or economic background and will have the opportunity to learn, develop and uncover your potential - find yourself in the work you like.

You are friendly with good communication and presentation skills with passion to learn and take on new challenges.
 

Essentials:

 

  • We are looking for a colleague with analytical and critical thinking
  • English language – proficient written and spoken (Spanish language is advantageous)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Minimum gross monthly base salary for part time role 700 Eur. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
