Access Compliance Analyst (Hybrid setup)

About the team

The Security Team at Swiss Re is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of security across the organization. This encompasses a broad range of activities including cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk, and compliance. We are at the forefront of developing and implementing the company's security strategy. Within this dynamic environment, the Access Compliance Ops team plays a crucial role by offering expert access management services, establishing robust access management processes in line with compliance requirements, and managing access life cycle processes for all users. We're looking for an experienced and driven professional to jump into the role of Access Compliance Analyst to enhance our processes and services through expert analysis, ensuring adherence to our security standards.

 

Your role and responsibilities

•    Audit-Execution: Evaluate our own Identity and Access Management processes, identify areas for immediate improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance security and compliance proactively
•    Proficiency in Compliance: Ensure our compliance efforts align with IT General Controls (ITGCs) and relevant standards, dynamically adapting to changes in the business environment
•    Data and Process Analysis: Assess the accuracy of data and evaluate key processes against benchmarks to ensure reliability, availability, and performance
•    Identity and Access Management Oversight: Oversee user access and identities through comprehensive reviews, maintaining rigorous security measures
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Manage requests, resolve issues, and promote effective communication across various teams
•    Strategic Impact: Demonstrate ability to quickly comprehend application systems and processes, making significant contributions from the outset
•    Culture and Learning: Foster a culture of learning and development, encouraging collaborative teamwork within the organization's diverse workforce

 


Your qualifications

Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements. However, if you possess a strong foundation in the following areas and are passionate about enhancing cybersecurity processes, we'll be more than happy to meet you!

 

•    Essential Skills:
o    Profound understanding of IT fundamentals, application systems and databases
o    Good understating of IT Governance (policies, standards, IT General Controls), preferably with a focus on Identity and Access Management
o    ITIL Foundation v4 or similar
o    Proven experience with audit or compliance
o    Advanced proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of database systems and ability to retrieve data from tables using SQL queries)
o    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
o    Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of rapid adaptation and independently initiating improvements
o    Ability to quickly integrate into new and evolving environments

 

•    Desirable Skills:
o    Security certification issued by ISACA or ISC2 organization
o    Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Power Platforms/Automate
o    Previous experience with IAM and ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, Azure AD, SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk

 

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2,600 EUR full-time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits.
