About the role

As a Graduate Digital Business Analyst you will have the rare opportunity to:

 

  • You contribute the team in bringing the strategy down to actionable initiatives
  • We focus on customer experience by adopting an outside in focus, support us to understand our clients and the challenges they face and help us building solutions our clients need, want and like
  • Be part of implementations of digital P&C Solutions and support us on
  • Actively engage and work closely with partners by gathering feedback, co-developing concepts and translating them into tangible specifics ready for implementation
  • Partnering with the Product Owner and DevOps team to ensure strategic objectives and business requirements are implemented efficiently and effectively
  • You will be taking care of our landscape of capabilities and further expand it based on client needs and opportunities and help shape our business architecture
  • Support the Product Owner in planning, coordinating, prioritizing, and resolving matters in a pragmatic and goal-oriented way

About You

  • Successfully completed university degree, preferably in business, computer science, insurance or equivalent 
  • Strong interest in/motivation to learn about insurance/reinsurance
  • Strong collaboration skills; familiar with Agile/scrum practices; challenge the status quo and you are comfortable in an agile and fluid landscape
  • Passion to learn about how the business are using our solutions as well as the technical aspects of the solutions themselves
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrate a client centric attitude
  • Approaches problems with curiosity and open-mindedness, is a fast learner
  • Innovative, showing a high degree of own initiative
  • Team-player, willingness to contribute actively to the overall team spirit
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work in a global and multicultural environment, and to be mobile in terms of workplace or location 
  • Aptitude to express him-/herself effectively in one-on-one conversations and small groups
  • Mature & self-confident; Able to work with clients, business partners or senior colleagues
  • Capacity to readily adapt to a changing and dynamic environment
  • Proven expertise to work independently and proactively
  • Strong analytical skills and can focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture
  • Excellent oral and written English skills; additional language skills advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
