About the team

The Corporate Solutions Standard team has been established to bring simplicity and efficiency to our clients, agents, brokers and colleagues. We believe that by creating standard products, we can meet  clients' and intermediaries' needs better, while also enabling true portfolio underwriting.

About you

  • Takes pride in the results of your work!
  • Tech savvy with the ability to adopt, utilize and leverage new tech driven solutions and must be proficient with the Microsoft office suite is required.
  • A detailed oriented multitasker with great analytical skills and passion for accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively manage changing tasks and priorities.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for providing service excellence and experience!
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build and maintain effective working relations internally/externally in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Enjoy the start-up life and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic customer obsessed environment!
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service with a preference in an insurance support role.


About the role

  • Work as an integral part of the team to partner and assist with underwriting submissions, data entry of same and processing policy endorsements and renewals.
  • Own and resolve Agent and Broker customer-facing issues while delivering proactive and exceptional service as required.
  • Collaborate with Agents and Brokers to ensure full submission information is received on new business, endorsements and renewals.  
  • Quickly become familiar with our underwriting processes and systems to identify defects and offer suggestions to improve efficiencies.
  • Monitor, quality control and drive submissions through our triage process to ensure that compliance and clearance activities are properly processed.
  • Work diligently and collaboratively with your colleagues to make our underwriting and service processes better, faster, and more efficient!
