About the role

This is an opportunity to join the P&C Solutions Americas team, the team leading the execution of Swiss Re's third strategic pillar focused on bringing together technology with Swiss Re's scale and expertise to support our insurance company clients in achieving their goals across the Americas region. P&C Solutions Americas is a dynamic, growing team with innovation, agility and client centricity at its core. This role will support on Solutions strategic initiatives, including innovation, market research and cultural change initiatives (including communications with senior leaders).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and confirmation of business cases
  • Analysis of market trends and competitor strategies
  • Support team leads on strategic initiatives, potentially including client engagements and change management efforts
  • Leverage skills in project management and leadership to manage multi-track projects

 

About the team

Swiss Re P&C Solutions leverages Swiss Re's risk expertise, strong capital base and new technology to help clients grow and improve profitability by developing innovative solutions and sharing the risk, with a particular goal to reduce the protection gap. The P&C Solutions Americas team works closely with the global Solutions team, and also seeks to drive regionally developed prioritized Solutions. In the US we seek to use Solutions to support the focus KPI of New Reinsurance Spend, and ultimately increase the size of the reinsurance market. There are 11 team members in the P&C Solutions Americas team, focused on three topics: Market Strategy and Origination, Innovation & Development, and Strategic Partnerships; the team closely collaborates with P&C Solutions cross-functional teams such as Client Managers, Business Development, Business Management, Risk Management, Communications and Marketing.
