CRO Office

The CRO Office is supporting the Swiss Re's Chief Risk Officer and the leadership team in all intra-functional processes for Risk Management and ensures timely and high-quality contributions to Group processes and projects. As part of the CRO Office, this role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of current Risk Topics driving the Company and be part of the Team developing and challenging the agenda of the Risk Management function.

 

We are currently seeking a Team assistant who will support RM Ops Head and the team in various projects, initiatives and tasks that are managed within the team. You will be working as PMO for various CRO initiatives where you will schedule meetings, do proactive follow ups, support in reporting and budgeting process, service catalogue maintenance, gather input for pre-readings.

 

In your role as Team assistant you will be responsibilities will include:

 

  • Calendar Management of Head CRO Office / RM Ops Head
  • Mail Management - Follow up on tasks from emails
  • Call for agenda for various meetings run by the Head
  • Spoc for Risk Talk which is run by the RM Ops Head
  • Support Project portfolio team in setting up the meetings, take note of the minutes, follow up on action items, monthly reporting process, budget reporting.
  • You will be involved in information management for various communication platform within Risk Management, support in developing presentation
  • Support in ad-hoc tasks. Eg. Move management, org chart maintenance, Maintenance of Shp
  • Maintenance of internal service catalogue and reporting
  • Contact person and Project Manager for access related initiatives in Risk Management.
  • My Spend requests (PO's/Contracts)
  • Logistical arrangements for events / client meetings
  • Consolidation of information on certain tasks
  • ADHOC support

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in providing support to the Management/team.
  • you have strong skills in Excel, Word and other of MS Office tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with others effectively
  • you are self-motivated, well organized and efficient, setting adequate priorities
  • you enjoy working with a global team
  • Able to work under stress and multitask
