Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure global end to end process and control standardisation and improvement, reviewing and where possible aligning approaches globally
  • Coordinate timely and effective project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs with varied technical experts, to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
  • Support the team implement appropriate control and quality assessment frameworks, to validate and improve the effectiveness of a process
  • Support the team to document global standards and local deviations. Work with regions and locations to ensure new standards are understood and followed
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure scalability of processes and controls to support efficient business growth


  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Risk Management, Finance, Law
  • Demonstrated ability in Process Excellence/ Process Improvement/ Continuous Improvement
  • Able to be a business partner that can challenge, bring pragmatic solutions and articulate benefits of key organizational change activities
  • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Good command in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SQL. Knowledge of Python would be of added advantage


  • Agile, Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • Management consulting experience
