About the Role: Position summary & Main tasks/activities (short and precise definition of the role and most important activities listed)

Are you a Microsoft Dynamics specialist who designs and implements digital solutions? Then you are exactly the person we are looking for!

You will be part of the squad responsible for the digital solutions for the Engagement Services product. As a Microsoft Dynamics specialist, you'll apply your knowledge and experience of the Microsoft universe, help to implement and integration solutions and bring the applications to the next level of services. You will contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions as well as improve existing ones using innovative and practical approaches aligned with the governance standards and current methodologies.

Together with other team members, you will analyze requirements, work on the architecture and implementations as well as on documentation and ensure end to end quality of the implemented solutions.

About you: (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills)

As a successful candidate for this role, you possess

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or comparable education/ experience) with 5-8 years of experience in successfully solutioning, designing and implementing technical solutions while taking into consideration business objectives, people change impacts and various technologies
  • Deep technical and functional knowledge as solution architect with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics
  • Hands-on working development knowledge and experience for the applications Dynamics 365 Marketing and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Knowledge about other Dynamics 365 app on top would be a plus but not a requirement.
  • Architectural skills including the ability to document and visualize solutions.
  • Proven experience in building solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform
  • Ability to own the technical and functional design of our Microsoft Dynamics instances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to quality and timely delivery
  • Good experience in working in an Agile environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including clear articulation of technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
