About Risk Management Operations

You are going to join a small central team, responsible to enable and drive transparent and efficient operations. We are at the center to create an environment that drives performance and inclusion across Risk Management through various activities. As a team, we support RM community building, knowledge exchange and internal communication.


The team is a combination of communication experts, process managers, controllers, data experts and architects. To complete our skill set we are looking for a team member that brings a passion for cultural change, enabling and engaging with our RM-wide community to continue our ongoing cultural journey.


Our responsibilities are broad, and we work in a challenging environment with conflicting priorities. It is important to be a self-starter and have a can-do attitude.


About your role

In 2019 Risk Management has started a cultural journey towards performance and inclusion under the label of Leadership from Every Seat. You will work with the Risk Management Executive Team and Group HR experts to achieve our "Leadership from every seat journey". Your role will be to drive ideation through to implementation with concrete impact on three levels:      

  • Leadership, i.e. enabling our leaders to act as a role model
  • Individuals, i.e. drive actions that allow everybody in RM to engage and make a difference
  • Environment, i.e. work with various stakeholder to co-create an environment to make the change sustainable

In this role, you will have a sense of the organization and our culture by utilizing your network across Risk Management. You are working with various teams within and outside of Risk Management to identify concrete actions that will create a measurable impact on Risk Management. If you have a passion for culture and change and are looking for an opportunity to create an impact and make cultural change tangible, you are the right person for the role.


Your responsibilities:


  • Ideation to develop concrete and impactful actions at all three levels of the Risk Management organization
  • Coordinate the execution or culture change program across Risk Management
  • Keep and overview of various activities and how they interrelate
  • Connect people that have common goals or challenges
  • Together with our internal communication experts drive engagement and involvement with our teams
  • Work with our Global HR experts to align Risk Management's journey with Swiss Re including adoption of global solutions for Risk Management
  • Coaching and mentoring of Risk Managers in their change journey
  • Maintain a network across different teams in RM and identify current top topics
  • Organize and moderate sessions with the RM ET and the wider community



  • > 3 years work experience in an international environment in a related role
  • Proven experience as a cultural change specialist
  • Track record in change management and project management
  • Moderator skills
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Team player with a strong understanding of diversity and other cultures
  • HR expertise is of advantage
