About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Quality Analyst who will be a member of the Underwriting Solutions Centre team. Your role will involve supporting the implementation of our automated underwriting tool, Magnum, with our global client base.
  • You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of Magnum product and maintaining its high reputation in the market.
  • You will work closely with colleagues globally to develop and apply standard methodologies in underwriting rule development and testing and software user acceptance testing.

About You:

  • The ability to prepare and develop clear documentation including test plans and test closure reports.
  • Strong Analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with Agile software development methodologies (Agile certification a benefit) and automated underwriting systems a benefit.
  • Direct insurance or reinsurance (Life and Health) experience of 3 to 5 years
  • Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
  • Show true teamwork, have a flexible and team-based approach to working with the ability to work independently and take personal accountability
  • Proficient IT skills including ability to utilize some of the advanced features of Word/Excel/Access
  • Willing to learn and have a drive for professional development
  • Computer science or related degree.
  • Experience in defining and testing decision tables
  • Industry recognised Testing qualifications
