About the role

  • Manage external vendors such as IT and tech firms, from on-boarding to the regular tracking on the performance and delivery
  • Support the solution project leader to develop a detailed project plan and maintain the project communication from onset through implementation
  • Regularly monitor and track the progress to ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope, following an agile project methodology
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with functional representatives both with internal and external teams; working effectively across teams to ensure a smooth integration at all points in the process

Swiss Re China P&C Solutions team aims to develop innovative solutions that can address the needs of our reinsurance clients in China, such as product offering, risk management, etc., by leveraging our global resources on the new risk knowledge, data, technology, ecosystem partnership, etc.

As the vendor and project manager, you will support Swiss Re China P&C Solutions Team to manage key projects and vendor partnership, in order to ensure the high quality of our solutions delivery. About you

Professional Experience

  • Minimum bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' working experience in insurance/risk management/technology industry
  • Experienced in managing external technology vendors commercially and contractually
  • Solid agile project management experience in the commercial environment
  • Experience and understanding on the P&C insurance industry
