About the Role

Performs diverse team assistant / administrator functions, delegated administrative assignments and tasks, events and functions coordination and travel management activities in support of the business originating teams


Core responsibilities

Client team support and administration

  • Administrative support to CM head
  • Discussion Notes support to CM head;
  • Manage end-to-end process of team meetings
  • Support marketing and client activities as assigned


Event management

  • Administrative support for the events under CM cost center, internal and external both;
  • Support and manage the distribution of gifts, sigma, eNewsletter and other marketing activities    


Client database maintenance and administration

  • Performs maintenance and administration of client markets related database / tools
  • Ensures the data inputs quality and accuracy and fulfils the Legal and Compliance guidelines (CDD and AML)
  • Initiates process improvements to promote efficiencies on how to manage the daily administration requirements  


Branch governance activities support

  • Process coordinator for branch committees;
  • Support other branch operations activity, e.g. outsourcing and BCM
  • Manage the distribution list and Sharepoint sites owned by CM head or Branch Ops head;



  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Professional experience:

  • Good hands-on experience in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook

  • Efficient, cooperative and a team player
  • Self-motivated
