About the Role

Responsible for timely, accurate and high-quality administrative handling of the reinsurance business of P&C clients. Provide support to client markets. Contribute to the improvement of the systems and processes in order to achieve higher efficiency and quality.

You will provide the following business administration / support to Business Origination Community:
•    Support the client strategy implementation
•    Coordinate and collaborate with local BS team to provide support to client markets related functions (e.g. follow-up with Client Managers, Treaty & Fac UWs, Contracts, TABM, Claims, Finance, etc. on outstanding issues) 
•    Collaborate with wider S&O and Cross Functional Teams (XFTs) to strive for operational excellence and continuous improvements in delivering differentiation to our clients as well as executing projects
•    Ensure timely and accurate data entry and administrative support regarding tools, record management and processes for the business relationships in his/ her area of responsibility of policies on the administrative systems
•    Establish and ensure best practice services based on the standardized process
•    Support preparation of standard reports in timely manner and with high quality
•    Keep up to date with and ensures adherence / enforcement of local market regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, controls, standards and processes, including audit and compliance (external and internal) purposes
•    Perform data quality reviews and action as required
•    Act as a business expert on SR administrative tools, maintain the best practice on record management and processes
•    Ensure end-to-end process and proficient application know how 
•    Provide first contact to TA and monitor escalated activities 
•    Respond to queries and assistance in resolving these queries in a timely manner


About the Team

The Reinsurance Business Services Asia Team is responsible for supporting Client Managers, and underwriters of the supporting processes for Swiss Re in Asia. Our vision is to be the trusted partner to the Origination Community using our expertise to ensure efficient and effective management of origination processes, data, documentation and supporting Client Managers during the execution of the sales process.

•    Sound reinsurance/insurance knowledge and business processes
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Sound knowledge and overview of business applications 
•    Experience in working and communicating in a multicultural organisation
•    Native Mandarin speaker; Good command of English
