About the Role


The Scrum Guide is your bedside book? You know the Manifesto for Agile Software Development and the principles behind it inside out? You have helped teams, organizations to scale-up Agile Product/Software Development? You see Agile as strategically critical to business? Identifying and addressing the roadblocks preventing Agile transformation is what makes you feel fulfilled? Then this role may be for you!


Your role as Agile Coach is threefold:

  1. Training: Develop training material and deliver trainings to all levels of the organization. Increase Agile awareness, help creating an Agile mindset across the enterprise. Organize events, build and support communities.
  2. Coaching: accompany teams and organizations at various stages of their Agile journey, identify and address impediments. Develop, coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Leaders.
  3. Consulting: Advise on specific issues raised during the Agile journey across the organization


To deliver on these dimensions, you must feel equally at ease with the theoretical aspects of Agile, their practical implementation, and the required cultural aspects.

We provide and improve the platform for the success of the Asia Region, by facilitating connections across functions, teams and initiatives. Team members need to be highly motivated to work both autonomously and with diverse partners across the region and globally.


About You


  • University degree in applied sciences, computer science or business.
  • Five or more years practical experience in areas such as Scrum, DevOps, Scaled Agile Product/Software development, Change Management or related areas, recognized certifications as a plus
  • Reputation as a change leader, backed by track record of successful Agile transformations
  • Several years of experience with delivering Agile Trainings
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally on sensitive or personal issues
  • Good organizational skills, capable of handling multiple transformations simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex topics in a clear and convincing manner
  • Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English skills
  • Mobile to support at regional locations
