About the role 


As a Business Systems Analyst, you have an exceptional and exciting opportunity to join the Distribution Delivery team responsible for project delivery of systems and functions supporting our sales, marketing, licensing and onboarding teams. You will join a diverse team committed to delivering services to iptiQ's wide variety of clients.  

As a part of this team, you will: 


  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and document Features, and User Stories related to our builds 

  • Work with external vendor partners and TPAs to ensure the highest quality of work product 

  • Identify, propose, and implement improvements across our platform or operational processes including documentation and change management 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results 

  • Create holistic test strategies & test plans to facilitate flawless delivery of new or enhanced functionality 

  • Research and analyze current production issues or functionality, impacts on customers and partners, propose thoughtful solutions, and execute implementation 


About You

  • A college graduate with at least 4 years of experience working in a systems or business analyst capacity 

  • A self-starter who can take guidance and turn it into an actionable output 

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator  

  • Adept at working collaboratively or independently depending on the situation 

  • Experienced with Agile software development methodology, and general project management best practices 

  • Experienced with writing business requirements and test plans to support agile projects 

  • Skilled at putting structure around ambiguous requests, and navigating rapidly shifting priorities 

  • Resourceful 

  • A creative and strategic problem solver 

  • Experienced with AzureDevOps or a similar work management system
