Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role and About You:

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Operations Team to create B2B (Business to Business) and DTC (Direct to Consumer) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining agents and customers.
  • Manages the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Create or work with consultants on design, animation, CRM development, and lead vendors, who will execute on the campaign development and activity. Requires a great deal of hand's on execution supplemented with contractors and IT support.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that the organization and partner brands and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain KPI measurements of the lead conversions (CPL, CPA, CPS) for each campaign's source.
  • Develop and maintain a robust testing agenda for each audience and channel.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary. Make certain each ad is compliant and meets market conduct requirements.
  • Collect and use data to inspire new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on current trends in digital marketing.
