About The Role
 

  • As an Operations Analyst in the Operations Services team, you’ll regularly ensure that all operational controls are effective and operational.
  • Our customers trust us, and you will honor their trust by holding all iptiQ America's process owners accountable for fulfilling on our promises.
  • You'll quickly and accurately provide customer support, in writing, to colleagues, vendors, and distribution partners.
  • You'll passionately advocate for the policyholders ensuring the secured preservation of their personal, health, and lifestyle information.
  • Adherence to policy, process, regulation, and practice will drive your daily interactions, outcome, and performance.
  • Aide customers who are desperately trying to locate policies their loved one may have taken out with Lumico Life Insurance Company.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the iptiQ's Life and Health insurance portfolios.
  • Support teams by collaborating with business, analytics, and technology units throughout iptiQ and Swiss Re and external sources to assist with day-to-day tactical data needs and long-term strategic goals.
  • Develop knowledge of processes and systems across all front-end functions, including intersections with other functional units and external vendors and partners.

 

Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and execute dozens of reports daily to ensure that the digital buying experience and policy issuance occurred as expected.
  • Manage and report out on multiple email boxes maintained by Customer Care.
  • Analyze and report any flaws in the digital experience, documenting the business problem, acceptance criteria, and evidence of failures.
  • Support cross-functional teams by answering questions regarding current customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively and timely, verbally and in writing, across various communication tools.
  • Acknowledge and reply to all email communications within standard operational practice and service standards.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to business and technical resources ensuring that distribution and customer impact is understood, and business problem is being resolved.
  • Translate business problem to technical community and communicate technical results to the business community.
  • Search internal database to locate active or inactive policies on deceased individuals.  Report on findings in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Report a visually pleasing report out on performance against key performance indicators.  Communicate with stakeholder socializing performance results
  • Work cross functional to ensure performance degradation, or performance outcomes are shared, leveraged, and addressed.
  • Establish and maintain procedure documentation.
  • Support other organizational assignments as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with broad testing suites, and various technical environments.
  • Minimum of 2 years knowledge with digital platform technologies.
  • Some auditing, quality control related experience a plus.
  • Ability to deal positively with ambiguity in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up style environment where the pace is fast the path is not always linear or clear.
  • You have experience working with SQL and Excel and can analyze and present data in a meaningful way
  • You demonstrate a creative mindset; you are hands-on and enjoy resolving problems.
  • You are familiar with agile environments.
  • You effectively communicate business issues, objectives, and scope. You have strong presentation skills and enjoy working within a rapidly changing environment.
  • You are passionate about delivering customer value and seamless customer experience. You are detailed oriented and take pride in delivering high quality results.
