About the role


Seeking an experienced partner growth manager with a strong L&H background in the brokerage space to support iptiQ partnerships. Your mandate is simple: to grow iptiQ's brand, relationships and product/systems knowledge across our partnerships and support our partners day-to-day.   You will be in a unique position to be the face of iptiQ to our existing key relationships and new relationships developed by YOU as the individual responsible for the initial and continued training of partners. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining training material used with our partners. You will report to the Head of Business Development & Sales. You will be a part of the Sales and Marketing team and will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization including Onboarding, Agency Services, Operations, Pricing, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Finance.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the primary L&H/brokerage insurance space – start-up experience in the insurance/insurtech space is a plus
  • Proven track record of building productive and collaborative working relationships with brokerage clients (FMO/IMOs, BGAs, general agencies, etc.)
  • Experience in creating digital training materials including videos and instructional material
  • Experience in providing trainings, including company, product and systems, both in-person or online
  • Ability to create strategic business plans to accomplish set goals
  • Experience in tactical growth strategies to increase brand recognition, improve relationships and increase sales
  • Experience in marketing campaigns to agents in L&H brokerage space
  • Excellent communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with aggressive timelines and targets
  • Strong business analytical and project management skills – ability to juggle between a handful of projects at a time
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new opportunities
  • Financial presentation capabilities are a plus
