About the Role


The Senior Marketing Manager role requires a strong focus on strategies to increase visibility and influence of the iptiQ brand, and supports the achievement of iptiQ Americas regional and global communication needs. Effective relationship-building, strong market analysis and execution on critical communications are key demands in this role as iptiQ by Swiss Re interacts with diverse internal and external stakeholders.




  • Direct and lead marketing, communications and brand strategy initiatives to accomplish defined goals.
  • Coordinate and drive execution in covering market analysis; strategic brand communication planning; and culture & organizational excellence
  • Drive execution of initiatives and alignment with global region(s).
  • Ensure continuous improvement initiatives globally to further develop the brand.
  • Lead on the direction and monitoring of the iptiQ brand.
  • Oversite of budget monitoring, performance measurements and outcomes for communications team.


About The Team

iptiQ Americas was established in 2016 with the aim of providing innovative protection solutions sold direct to consumers through Distribution Partners. The purpose of this role is to provide communication support, direction and leadership to support the business by providing value add advice on strategic brand communications and oversight on proposed business conferences and events.


About You


  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the strategy, design and execution of brand communications, public relations and conference planning initiatives.
  • Demonstrated strong strategic, creative, analytical, organizational and personal communication skills in a marketing role.
  • Strong written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to tell meaningful business stories
  • Demonstrated successful experience making presentations and negotiating with media.
  • Familiarity for oversite of campaign management systems, marketing resource management and digital asset management tools in executing communication frameworks and driving communication planning and implementations
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing
  • Commitment to working with shared leadership in cross-functional teams




  • Minimum of 10-years' experience in b2b marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree: marketing, and public relations preferred.
  • Membership in IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) and IABC accreditation are desirable.
