Application Specialist/Developer (4th, 5th grade student)

About the Role

We are looking for a university student in the 4th or 5th grade who wants to work part-time in IT. We need help to increase the quality of our software solutions. So if you know Java and SQL, there's a great opportunity to grow in these skills by using them to work on a real-life enterprise-scale systems.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Learning our systems to details, its components and interfaces, then helping others with the gained knowledge
  • Configure the system, as it is widely configurable
  • Searching for new (cloud) solutions and testing/piloting them
  • Producing documentation and reviewing the current one
  • We happily accept any programming contribution and help you to further develop your programming skills


About the Team

Our team is global with various types of members and partners.

We deliver solutions for L&H business valuation. Those solutions transform large data sets and manage/automate the whole process. For that, a set of third party and in-house applications are used, built using various technologies, as cloud, microservices, Javascript frameworks, etc ...


About You

Your knowledge:

  • University student of computer science or related field
  • Experience in programming and databases. Java knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to understand complex information structures and IT solutions
  • Readiness for close teamwork
  • Appropriate level in English language (both spoken and written)

Your attitude:

  • Analytical and problem solving attitude, accompanied by curiosity and creativity
  • Ability to handle your own workload, being self-organized
  • Interpersonal skills; having a concise and articulate standard of written and verbal communication
  • An ambition to explore/pursue new technologies and ideas
  • A real passion for software development!

Minimum base salary for this job from 5 EUR gross/month/part-time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
