About the Team
Our team in Bratislava operates as the central administrative and analytical hub for the EMEA and Global Divisions. We streamline and centralize functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable operations. By enhancing the efficiency of our tools and processes, we empower Client Underwriters to focus on renewing Swiss Re contracts and nurturing client relationships.
About the Role
As a Business Coordinator, you will serve as a key contact and partner for Client Underwriters, supporting the renewal process of Swiss Re contracts with insurance companies in the EMEA region. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Portfolio Management: Oversee your own portfolio, managing contracts, gathering data, conducting portfolio analysis, and generating reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate tasks with various teams, including Technical Accounting, Claims, and Underwriting, and participate in projects and initiatives.
• Client Support: Prepare ad hoc presentations for client visits, events, and conferences, showcasing our commitment to excellence and innovation.
About You
We are looking for a solution-oriented person with proactive approach, who has excellent organization and detail orientation skills and last but not least, Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Essentials:
- Position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates without any experience in reinsurance field
- Intermediate level of English and German (min. B2)
- Advantage of speaking other European languages at intermediate level (min. B1)
- Excellent analytical skills (including the ability to interpret data and work with data)

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1500 and EUR 2100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
