Customer Interaction Specialist with German and French (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are an innovative and agile Customer Interaction Center and drive iptiQ's mission in redefining Insurance. While we believe in new and innovative technology to excel customer experiences, we understand the value of personal client interactions for more complex matters.
We are looking for a driven team member who recognizes exceptional customer service and is passionate about combining insurance knowhow, technology and servicing capabilities. You will also get a chance to participate or lead initiatives to improve our customer journey in close collaboration with other departments.
Your responsibilities:

Impresses our customers over phone or in writing with magnificent service

As a P&C insurance specialist, advise our clients with the most suitable solution

Continuously improve and implement processes/system improvements to drive efficiency, effectiveness and overall customer satisfaction

Productively support the launch of new distribution partners or products for iptiQ's B2B2C model

Help IT domains responsible for our Center by defining new system requirements and perform user testing
About you
You have an ability to work both independently, but also interested in working within a multi-cultural team distributed around Europe. You have outstanding interpersonal skills allowing you to clearly and effectively communicate complex information in a user-friendly terms as well as connect with others.

At least 3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience

Proficiency in multiple languages - English, German and French. Italian is a plus

Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks/projects at the same time in a challenging, fast-paced environment

Consistently strive to perform and proactively taking steps to achieve results

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1800 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
