HR Administration Associate with English and German language

About the Role

 

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting Swiss Re Human Resources team in administrative tasks related to employee life cycle, benefit administration, payroll, and other project tasks. The incumbent operates in a complex, cross-country, cross-culture and cross-process environment.

This is a temporary 2 year contract.

 

What will be your key accountabilities?
 
•    Prepare employment contracts, addendums, letters and coordinating signature process with relevant parties.
•    Coordinate selected HR processes like on-boarding, off-boarding and mid-employment changes.
•    Conduct the administration of employee data in all HR systems and tools, e.g., personal data, position related data, compensation, benefits, etc.
•    Support pre & post-payroll activities and data input for payroll
•    Ensure timely and adequate resolution of placed requests in collaboration with respective HR Specialists and/or external parties (as IT and CRES)
•    Actively bring ideas for systems and processes improvements and simplifications

 


About the Team

 

You will strengthen our HR Admin team within Global HR Solutions Centre in Bratislava. We are primarily supporting People Partners, hiring managers, future and current Swiss Re employees in Switzerland, Germany and MEA and act as interface between the company and employees. 

 

 

About You
 
•    Excellent attention to details with ability to prioritize workload is a requirement.
•    Previous experience in HR administration role is preferred.
•    Client and service-oriented with people empathy
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with leaders and employees across whole organization.
•    Great teammate, supporting constructive working environment, bringing passion and an open mind.
•    Ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced working environment where change, resilience and flexibility is essential.
•    Proficient in spoken and written English
•    German intermediate (B1)

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1300 and EUR 2100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.


In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
