About the role:

  • Maintain position and organisation related data in MyHR (SuccessFactors based system)
  • Consult and support HR colleagues globally in regards to position and organisational management related questions and queries
  • Interact with various stakeholders within HR and business clients globally
  • Perform data quality and recurring audit checks and coordinate changes with the respective HR teams
  • Perform other global personnel administration tasks and processes
  • Review and optimise current global processes in collaboration with your team and your team lead
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed
  • Support the team lead with other operational tasks


About the team:

You will be a member of the global HR Organisational Management team that is responsible for maintaining the global position and organisation structure. This includes global reorganisations in Swiss Re, acting as a global data maintenance governance body for our HR system across the organisation, maintain personnel administration task within the global process and ensure that data is entered in accordance to our global guidelines. You will be responsible for your assigned organisational areas and perform/consult the HR Partner community on the system implementation of reorganisations.

Soft skills:

  • Broad work experience and a minimum of 1 year experience in HR
  • You are expected to work independently, to the required deadline and in the right quality
  • You have a strong attention to detail and have proven analytical skills
  • It is important to have strong communication skills and be able to work across global teams virtually
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations as well as communicate effectively with all levels of leaders and employees
  • You are a great team-mate and would like to work in a team based in Bratislava and Switzerland
  • As a highly motivated individual you are willing to grow in a constant moving environment
  • You like to share your ideas and you are eager to look for opportunities to improve processes

Other skills:

  • SuccessFactors experience is an advantage, not a requirement
  • Strong MS Excel experience is required to the level that you can handle formulas
  • You have excellent written and oral English skills, German is a plus


Minimum base salary for this job from 1000 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
