About the Role

If you have ever wondered how a huge insurance company works, this position will definitely help you learn in greater detail about corporate insurance business on an international level. Even though we work from Bratislava, you will have the opportunity to manage all transactions for the insurance portfolio allocated from across all the EMEA region.


We can promise you that you will definitely not be bored, as you will be part of the following activities:

  • You will work closely with partners from different Swiss Re departments all around the globe and build partnerships with external clients
  • In this role it is required to work within a set framework of processes and guidelines but nevertheless you are going to be asked to make suggestions for improvements
  • You will be working with various reports which should help you to manage your portfolio and deliver your tasks in timely manner and excellent quality
  • Data verification and processing of client financial transaction according to the insurance contract and other documents
  • Daily business correspondence, investigation and analysis and interpretation of processed accounting information

About the Team

We are organised and work together in 3 sub-teams based on region we provide service for and our language skills.


About You

  • secondary school or university and already some working experience within the field of business administration, accounting, finance or another relevant sector
  • familiar with Excel, if not, you are ready to show us your motivation to learn it quickly!
  • you look forward to working in an international environment where you can use English language every day
  • if you have some knowledge of French, German, Spanish or Italian (or any other foreign language), it will be a great plus!
  • you enjoy working with numbers, and have proven attention to detail and time management skills


The position is open on temporary basis, one year contract - through external agency

Minimum base salary for this job from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
