About the Role
You will be responsible for the opening, maintenance and termination of investment accounts set up with our global network of custodian banks effectively contributing to an infrastructure which facilitates a quick investment decision-making process within the company. An exciting part of what you will do also involves instructing and administrating reinsurance collateral in the form of LoC and NCD, making sure our reinsurance business is adequately collateralized. Our responsibilities furthermore include supporting the day-to-day bank relationship management, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and execution of related legal agreements.


• Opening, closing and maintenance of investment accounts at banks and in internal systems
• Supporting the Custody Relationship Management team (reporting, project implementation)
• Administration of reinsurance collateral – Letters of Credit (LoC) and Non-Cash Deposits (NCD)
• Communication with local and global teams, as well as banks and clients
• Suggesting improvements for tasks and processes

• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to learn and flexibility to take on new challenges
• Detail orientation and good analytical skills
• Strong teammate


Nice to have:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another related degree
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of French or willingness to learn

Minimum base salary for this job from 1000 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.*
