About the Role:


The primary focus of this role is to provide professional, pro-active secretarial and administrative support to the iptiQ EMEA Executive Team members. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide personal support to iptiQ EMEA Executive Team members
  • Proactively manage schedules and calendars. Organization of meetings, team events and offsites including managing conflicts and deadlines
  • Arrange travel itineraries, ensure adequate administrative cover and logistical activities including travel & entertainment expense filings
  • Issue correspondence and meeting minutes
  • Organizational support during events, workshops and Townhalls
  • Handle general enquiries, or transfer them to the appropriate alternative personnel
  • Assist in the on and off-boarding of staff
  • Manage ad hoc requests from an end-to-end perspective as needed

 

About You:

 

  • English is iptiQ's business language and therefore essential. able to demonstrate a clear and articulate standard of written and verbal communication 
  • 2 years of experience of working with and providing support to Senior Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with others effectively and managing stakeholders' expectations
  • Self-motivated, well organized and efficient, setting adequate priorities
  • Quality, attention to detail and solution oriented; persistent and thorough
  • Manage own workload effectively to achieve agreed service/ business standards
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, to cope effectively with multi-task work situations.
  • You are happy working independently and collaborate strongly and actively with other team members as required especially in a virtual environment across multiple locations
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint 

 

Minimum base salary for this job is from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits. *
