Payment, Billing and Collection Specialist
About the role
This is a rare opportunity to join a new business unit within an established company, combining the dynamic spirit of a start-up with the backing of Swiss Re's strong organization. We are a young and motivated team, organized to provide creative solutions for insurance distributors that engage with consumers in digital ways.
We are searching for a specialist who will be a member of our newly- built Payment, Billing & Collection team taking care of life and non- life portfolio in EMEA region. You will be responsible to ensure smooth payment processes in our production systems. You will collaborate closely with Operational and Technology depts.
As a Payment, Billing and Collection specialist
• You will execute tasks and processes which require manual intervention
• You will be responsible for driving issue resolution with other departments and execute correction in the system
• You will be responsible for monitoring of incoming payments
• You will participate in defining the rules for payment billing and collection processes
• You will be empowered to drive process improvements to increase efficiency
About you
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are detailed and solution oriented, motivated to learn
• You like working with numbers
• You are good at MS office (excel)
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive discussion with colleagues, articulate your opinions and listen to the others
• You are proficient in English
The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1200 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
