Reinsurance Operations Analyst with French Language

About the Team

 

We are responsible for running end-to-end process of the accounts, cash flow, data quality of the respective portfolio and paying claim settlements to our clients, even for Natural catastrophes you can read about in the media.
Our responsibilities require regular interactions with peers and experts from other locations to deliver best service and added value to our clients. With our continuous improvement mindset our aim is to provide our external clients and internal partners with fast, easy and effective ways of conducting business within an environment where the risks are understood.

 


About the Role

 

In your role, you will be responsible for handling reinsurance accounts and claims in an end-to-end contractual fulfilment. You will have the responsibility for an assigned portfolio of EMEA clients and collaborate with business partners internally and externally

 

Key responsibilities:
•    Financial settlement with clients according to treaty terms and agreements, timely management of overall cash flow
•    Data quality control and risk management related activities according to internal guidelines
•    Capture accurate claim information and proactively handle claims including indexation by referring to claim advice after checking contract documents/conditions. 
•    Data analysis and reporting (MS Excel, PowerBI)
•    Ensure that the agreed priorities, timelines and service standards are achieved


About You

 

You have good verbal and written business communication skills and you are able to solve business problems using own initiative and common sense.
 
Essentials:
•    University degree preferably in the area of finance, accounting, economics or secondary economic school or secondary grammar school
•    English language proficient written and spoken
•    French language proficient written and spoken
•    Good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and flair for numbers and analytical skills
•    Ability to read and interpret data

 

Nice to have:
•    Previous experience with (Re)Insurance or Banking, Accounting or Finance processes 
•    Excellent teammate and willingness to share and support
•    Proactive and accurate working style
•    Can-do approach and eagerness to learn

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1300 and EUR 2100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

 

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
