About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute to the team`s mandate in the preparation and reporting of financial information in local accounting standards. In this position, you will collaborate closely with experts in different functions that will support your professional and personnel development.
As a Reporting & Analysis Professional, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Execute the quarterly close of the local financial statements by monitoring the closing process and performing quality assurance activities and providing accounting guidance
- Steer the analytical information process and review information received from other teams as well as perform analytical procedures for all valuation to understand the legal entity's story line
- Support projects and large transactions from an accounting and reporting perspective
- Provide comprehensive financial and variance analysis and business commentaries with respect to reporting, monitoring and reconciliation activities according to management and stakeholders requirements
- Prepare on a quarterly or annually basis qualitative reporting to Board of Directors, senior management, or other internal clients on all valuations as well as reporting to regulatory bodies or other governing authorities on local accounting standards
- Contribute to improve processes and systems to ensure compliance with the risk and control framework and audit requirements, and to meet internal management expectations
- Establish a network and closely collaborate with the respective professionals across the organization
About the Team
We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join one of our Carrier Reporting & Analysis Services team in Bratislava. Jointly and in close collaboration with the Carrier team in Luxembourg, the team plays a crucial role in the preparation, analysis and reporting of financial information for Local Lux Stat valuation.
About You
- University degree, preferably in finance/accounting/economics and with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, audit experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in financial reporting focused on timely delivery and high quality of output
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with complex details and apply good business judgement
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Power Point, knowledge of SAP would be advantage
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1900 and EUR 3300 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
