About the Role

As Senior IT Business Management Data Analyst you will be responsible to define, maintain, control and run a lean reporting framework for Swiss Re IT providing all relevant parties with report so they are able to steer and lead their respective functions.

 

The opportunity

  • Define, maintain and run a reporting framework for Swiss Re IT and find opportunities for improvement in services, processes and resources.
  • Support information needs in regards of measurement and reporting of all relevant partners.
  • Define efficient reporting procedures, methods and systems continually seek to improve the metrics and reports, e.g. in aspects of accuracy, automation etc.
  • Analyze collected data, relations, trends and translate collected data into actionable information.
  • Implement, maintain and lead IT consumption measurements and take remedial action with partners based on your analytics.
  • Present key findings and achievements/ results to IT executives on a regular/need basis and review the results with partners on a periodic basis.
  • Ensure reports are continually published/ presented in defined agreed time intervals adhering to departmental standards and policies, and cope effectively with the complexity and volume of information needs.
  • Handle customers feedback of IT and ensure appropriate actioning by the respective service teams.
  • Propose and define CSI in agreement with partners and seek implementation of service improvements, track progress and reports to management and partners.
  • As this role is a global role you will be working with various partners around the globe as part of international team mainly based in Bratislava and Zurich and Budapest.

 

About you                                                                                   

As an expert (5+ years) reporting/data analyst you thrive deep within developing situations with an intense curiosity to make discoveries in the world of big data. You love analyzing information from different varieties, volumes, velocity, veracity to identify rich data sources, connecting them and turning unstructured data into structured data. You are creative by nature and enjoy to communicate in a language understandable to all partners. You have excellent analytical and presentation skills, with an ability to see the big picture and enjoy working within a team. You have a deep understanding and knowledge of quantitative methods (statistics) enjoy working in a multicultural and diverse environment. Proven credibility in building trust and maintaining relationships with partners is expected. You have got strong knowledge in SQL, Excel, leading BI tool (such as Power-BI, Tableau) and good knowledge of Python and JavaScript with excellent command of English.

 

Minimum base salary for this job from 1700 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.*
