About the Role

 

  • Providing administrative support to HR Admin teams responsible for employee lifecycle such as onboardings, internal changes, offboardings in Switzerland, Germany, MEA countries in line with legislation and Swiss Re policies
  • Communicating with employees in order to obtain obligatory onboarding documents (e.g. diplomas, reference letters, work permits)
  • Communicating with employees who are leaving the company in order to complete their exit activities
  • Storing obligatory documents in eFile platform (e.g. signed contracts/letters, CVs, diplomas, reference letters, entry forms, IDs, work permits, job descriptions, accident insurance, data protection notice, declaration documents, exit checklists)
  • Storing documents in physical folders (e.g. payslip simulations, checklists)
  • Supporting HR Admins in completing employee time sheets
  • Handling special payments, contributions, lunch deductions for trainees
  • Participating on administration of company benefits
  • Supporting data inputs to HR systems

 

About the Team

 

Are you an engaged individual with real passion for HR? We have an interesting role which supports Swiss Re Human Resources Admin teams. We cover tasks related to employee life cycle, benefit administration, payroll and other project tasks. You will be part of complex, cross-country, cross-culture, cross-process and multilingual environment.

  • You are reliable, detail oriented, precise, diligent, organized
  • You like to work in team
  • You are fluent in English, with German language on intermediate level

 

 

 

Minimum base salary for this job is from 5 EUR gross per hour.*
