About the Role

The position holder is responsible for the activities related to the support of Cash Management, Transaction Services and Reporting & Analytics teams performed by Treasury Business Services team Bratislava!

 

  • Setting up and maintenance of the bank accounts in Treasury tools
  • Daily controls performed for Global Cash Management & daily execution of reports, cash projections and bank account balance control
  • Daily reconciliation of Asset management and Treasury systems
  • Swiss Re entity Cash movement and comments administration
  • Responsibility for regular compliance screening of Swiss Re banks
  • Collaboration on the Swiss Re Intragroup payments process
  • Portfolio life-cycle management
  • Administration of payment process resulting from external funding of the company
  • Handling with Shared based compensation plans
  • Support compliance certification process
  • Participation in projects and improvements to increase automation and innovations
  • Solving of various requests from other Swiss Re parties
  • Share knowledge and expertise with all team members, train new team members
  • Ability to analyse gaps in Treasury processes and outline solutions and improvements
  • Preparation of presentations and present for wider audience

Business Treasury Services Bratislava team is a small team of 4 highly enthusiastic and flexible members dedicated to provide world class business services and solutions to our stakeholders in desired speed and quality.

 

About You

  • Solid accounting knowledge (Understanding of balance sheet accounts, P&L accounts
  • Basic knowledge of payment systems, cash management field, bank account reconciliation,
  • Any other knowledge in Treasury products and /or Financial markets are advantage
  • Fluent communication in English and social skills to interact with individuals in different cultural environments
  • Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and solid understanding of cash and short-term investment management processes and issues
  • Advanced user knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet multiple and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Client oriented personality with the ability to prioritize activities
  • Ability to multitask with various responsibilities and strong coordination skills

Minimum base salary for this job from 1 100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
