About the Role

We are looking for colleagues who will support Corporate Solutions underwriting units in their daily business tasks. This is a temporary contract employment via external agency. Within a fast-paced environment, this role provides you with a chance to define your own decisions when dealing with sophisticated underwriting tasks. Core responsibilities:

  • High level of interaction and coordination with team members

  • Work closely with underwriters, specialists and other departments to ensure timely task handling while maintaining high data quality

  • Prioritize the workload in order to meet audit SLA and accuracy requirements

  • Gather and review insurance documentations for accuracy and completeness

  • Reflect terms and conditions into our systems

  • Create and maintain records following established guidelines and processes

  • Make sure the data entered have supporting documentation attached

  • Maintain and update the risk information

  • Accountable to deliver timely and accurate business processing also during peak times

  • Involvement in/ leading of the projects/ initiatives, trainings


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor the contracts which will be due/ are due for processing

  • Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction while following-up with customer or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found

  • Enter and maintain information in systems and tools, including documents, process changes and associated tasks

  • Follow-up on outstanding documents or items, per guidelines

  • Perform assigned rule-based tasks following standard operating procedures while bearing in mind market specifics

  • Perform other position related tasks (e.g. participation in projects, initiatives, etc.) as instructed by Supervisor


About You

  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's degree

  • Knowledge and understanding of Re-/ Insurance business is a plus

  • Proficient in English (reading, written and verbal);

  • Italian language is a major advantage, other European language are welcome too (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, etc.)

  • Profound digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Package

  • Awareness of administrative procedures and general economic principles

  • Focus on details

  • Excellent reading comprehension and communication skills

  • Ability to efficiently apply knowledge in daily business

  • Willingness to provide administrative and technical support to exceed expectations of our clients

  • Ability to work both independently or collaboratively while prioritizing and multitasking in a dynamically evolving environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural environment

  • Adaptability to fast growth, change and demand

  • Enthusiastic contribution to the team performance and spirit


Minimum base salary for this job from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
