About the Role

Your main responsibility in this position will be to maintain and analyze static data in asset management software platforms. You will be able to gain understanding of the nature and impact of data maintained and the ability to ensure their highest quality through performing various checks, report queries and data reconciliations. At the same time you will represent the team in various working groups and projects.
•    Coordination of portfolio creation, modification and termination from static data perspective
•    Setup and maintenance of a high variety of financial security types
•    Set up and maintenance of counterparty, legal entity and other reference data 
•    End-to-end data integrity checks to ensure highest data quality
•    Collaboration with partners in getting to understand their data needs and requirements
•    Collaboration on new tasks, projects, ad hoc queries and initiatives 
•    Acting as deputy to other team members  
•    Proactive knowledge sharing 
•    Seeking for improvements and simplifications
About the Team 


Our Asset Management team creates an efficient operating environment which supports all financial market activities conducted by Swiss Re. Our company invests in a multitude of innovative products and asset classes, including catastrophe bonds, infrastructure loans, private equity funds, derivatives and many more. About You

•    3+ years of relevant work experience
•    Independent self-driven personality  
•    Basic investments knowledge, preferably university degree in Banking, Finance or similar
•    Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
•    Good command of written and spoken English
•    Ability to learn and flexibility to take on new challenges
•    Detail orientation and good analytical skills
•    Strong teammate



The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1600 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
