About the Role


•    You will handle the complete access product lifecycle. You will create, modify and retire roles / rules and ensure all changes are handled according to defined processes.
•    You will support our access community by dealing with customer inquiries. You will resolve incidents as well as problems and provide consultations related to access product management service.
•    You will integrate applications into standard tools and processes of Identity and Access Management.
•    You will take additional responsibilities such as enhancements of existing processes, customer experience improvements and efficiency initiatives, support of compliance or audit activities, maintenance of documentation etc.
•    You will frequently interact with clients as well as with your co-workers by e-mail, phone or in person therefore we expect clear, professional and timely communication from you.
•    You will participate in global projects and even act as SPOC in selected areas. We encourage you to proactively address potential issues and problems.

We run end-to-end access lifecycle for our internal and external employees as well as for Swiss Re customers.

 

About You

 

•    We are looking for a passionate person with moderate experience within the area of access management and / or IT service delivery, ideally with end-user support. Your qualification may need to include a degree in an IT field or equivalent technical and business experience, such as ITIL Foundation certificate etc.
•    We assume you have general high-level IT knowledge. This may include experience with IT security systems and platforms, such as databases, Azure Active Directory etc.
•    We expect fair knowledge of Microsoft Office tools from you and we would favor if you had basic knowledge of SQL.
•    We expect you have experience with cross-functional work assignments and that you are a culturally sensitive person.
•    We always have pleasing work environment in mind for you. In unexpected, emergency situations, we however expect you to be able to work under limited pressure.
•    We count on your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    We believe you can work with minimal direction and that you can perform other relevant tasks as instructed by your supervisor and even cover for roles in other teams.

 

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1500 EUR full time.
Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
