About the Role

We are expanding our team and we are looking for enthusiastic colleague to assist with our recruiting activities.

As a Junior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for searching and screening potential candidates, setting up interviews and advising on recruitment process. You will work directly with Recruitment Advisory Team and Hiring Managers and assist with all recruiting-related duties.

To ensure success as a Junior IT Recruiter, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques in IT field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize. A top-notch Junior Recruiter understands the needs of the company and ensures the best candidate experience and that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Close collaboration with IT Recruitment Advisor in order to speed up candidate's pipeline management
  • Coming up with solutions in hiring strategy, advisory on job advertisements and candidates sources
  • Reviewing candidate's profiles and running phone-interviews with suitable candidates
  • Actively searching for suitable candidates for IT positions by using internal database, Profesia, LinkedIn and other available sources
  • Communication with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Advisors about current status of hiring process in IT, feedback on candidate
  • Administrative support in various tasks related to Recruitment
  • Participation in projects (innovations, new tools, events)

This is a 1-year fixed term contract

About the Team

You will be part of EMEA Recruitment team in Bratislava which consists of recruitment professionals overseing a full cycle recruitment in EMEA region. The team explores and implements practices that allow the business to attract the best talent, increase candidate experience, foster Employer Brand and recognize recruiting as a core people management skill.

About You

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and sourcing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking with orientation on customer and creative solutions
  • Ability to work independently with great organizational skills
  • Self motivated, proactive and result oriented person
  • Proficient in English written and spoken, German language is an advantage

This job offer is suitable for people who have been impacted by the invasion of Ukraine.

 

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1200EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
