About the Role


The QA team supports L&H cross-functional stakeholders to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the origination process through maintaining high data quality in the origination tools, providing data insights to the origination community, and driving improvements in our operational processes.


As Quality Lead for L&H, you will 
1.    Provide thought leadership & direction on L&H origination processes & system landscape 
2.    Establish best practices and promote those across teams and within Business Services 
3.    Drive awareness & provide trainings to facilitate proper usage of origination tools
4.    Drive the overall quality of our operational processes in collaboration with Bangalore, India team
5.    Act as business partner to L&H stakeholders and represent Asia in various regional and global projects related to our operating landscape


This role will proactively and collaboratively work with the wider Business Service team and cross-functional team on the following areas:


1.    Act as technical lead for QA team on L&H topics
•    Maintain overview of all projects and initiatives related to L&H operations
•    Be the Business Partner for L&H origination community on topics related to business origination tools and end-to-end business origination processes
•    Provide technical guidance to regional and Bangalore QA team members and help them to work as one team


2.    Drive the direction of the L&H origination processes & system landscape to meet changing business environment 
•    Define Business Service Risk Control, Quality and Performance Tracking Framework for L&H Asia
•    Drive process and efficiency improvement in the end-to-end origination processes and tools and make sure our operations landscape remain fit for purpose
•    Act as Business Experts on origination tools – be the go-to person on technical issues and proactively drive improvements
•    As key Asia representative in global and regional project relating to L&H business tools and e2e process improvements


3.    Establishing best practices for origination team as well as Business Services 
•    Strong analytical support together with Sales Support team to provide insight on business opportunities & process improvement in E2E business origination process 
•    Proactively support ORM/RCSA process and provide guidance to BS and Client Management in self-assessment and incident identification
•    Maintain Asia Business Services process flow charts, check sheets and knowledge database
•    Perform quality review on Business Services data inputs and assist in maintaining data quality in Business Services responsible tools


4.    Drive awareness and provide training to facilitate proper usage of origination tools
•    Provide proper communication to origination community to help them understand new changes that are relevant to their day-to-day work
•    Provide training to new users and also refresher training to improve overall data quality in the origination tool


About You


Professional experience
•    Strong L&H reinsurance and insurance knowledge 
•    Have experience in reporting tools and providing data insights 
•    Have good understanding of quality concepts 
•    Have relevant experience is driving process & quality improvements
•    Proficient in data analytics, preferably have experience with tools such as PowerBI, Excel Macro


•    Good command of English is a must, fluency in other Asian languages is preferred
