About the role


Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) Americas is looking for a Real Estate Operations Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Telework Program on behalf of CRES; provide equipment and services to support a workforce of 300+ internal customers and collaborate with HR and IT. Ensure the automation process for onboarding employees into the Telework Program is efficient and provide orientation training to new teleworkers. You will be responsible for maintaining records management processes on behalf of CRES by collaborating with the regional and global teams. You should have a passion for sustainability to support Internal Environmental Management (IEM) and represent the region within the global team. You support Vendor Management by providing quality control review and trainings relating to contracts of under 100K USD. You will be the deputy for ContactOne, Swiss Re's automated one stop shop for Group Operations services, support and information. You coordinate and monitor this role's areas of responsibility including establishment of relevant KPIs, manage timely and high-quality business steering information and reporting.

About You


  • Minimum bachelor's degree: operations and business analytics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong background in customer service, especially virtually
  • Attention to detail and an affinity for process innovation
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and solid knowledge of other Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fast learner; strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively in global team setting; deliver on tight deadlines
  • A collaborative, engaging, positive team player, comfortable with disrupting the status-quo, inspiring mind shift changes and are not shy to be a challenger, propelling the team to new heights
  • A result driven, "can do”, self-starter personality
