About the Role
Swiss Re's Claims Operations is looking for a detailed individual to work in a fast-paced environment receiving and entering claims into our systems. This is a key role that requires attention to detail, ability to triage and assign claims for timely processing and the ability to manage multiple priorities. About the Team
Ensure accurate and timely claim setup and write acknowledgment letters to insureds and brokers
Assign new claims to adjusters as appropriate
Analyze documents to determine when financial adjustments are required.
We provide a dedication to customer service, often tailoring service for unique customer needs
Acquire regulatory documents as required
Train new Claims Operational Associates as needed
Provide support and assistance to transactional offshore team
Properly identify and handle claim documents
Extensive communication /coordination with other departments
Process financials when applicable

 

About You

Knowledge of the Insurance Industry is a plus
