About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Digital User Experience Analyst intern to work on an expanding global solution. You will contribute to the definition, development and delivery of our leading Automated Solutions product suite. We value exceptional user experiences and are seeking someone who will help us build and deliver a more compelling and engaging customer journey.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely across Product Management, IT and Behavioural Economics teams to design and elaborate to leading digital customer experiences
  • Provide market and best practise analysis and input into product design and experiences
  • Assessment and review of weaknesses and strengths of current usability and define UI/UX improvements
  • Schedule and manage usability testing, interviews, and surveys
  • Recommend improvement measures against defined metrics
  • Work across mobile and web applications on a global product
  • You will be instrumental in working with clients, stakeholders and the development team to continually evolve the Product suite, bringing market leading capabilities and solutions to our clients.

 

About You

  • You will be part of the Underwriting Solution Centre within the Life and Health Product Solutions unit and the desired candidate would have:
  • Strong knowledge and interest in user experience in digital solutions
  • Considers themselves a digital native
  • Show promise in the ability to visually convey stories
  • Understanding of development methodologies is a bonus
  • Be a team player able to work effectively with many inputs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
