About the Role

 

As an ecommerce Expert you will contribute to the development and evolution of iptiQ's white label digital sales capabilities. 

As part of your role, you will also have the chance to use your expertise proactively to advise and guide partners in developing their own innovative digital propositions. Your work should help our clients become successful in driving online sales and consumer engagement through our white labelled online sales platform. 

•    Support further enhancement of our analytics and testing capabilities
•    Design and implement custom reporting dashboards and ad-hoc analyses

•    Redesign web pages to include tests that should result in higher conversion rates
•    Be up-to-date on the latest trends and technology available to continuously improve the marketing capabilities of our platformDesign and innovate sales customer journeys for life insurance products
•    Implement analytics strategies and the definition of A/B testing approaches
•    Drive IT implementation of "winning" variants of tests

 

 

About You

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•    Minimum 2 years of experience within a role with similar responsibilities
•    Hands-on proficiency with solutions for digital analytics, tag management, a/b testing and data visualization (preferably Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Data Studio)
•    Experience tracking and optimising digital customer journeys

•    Good understanding of eCommerce platforms

•    Knowhow around UX / Design Thinking/ Behavioural Economics a plus
•    Frontend coding skills (HTML/JS/CSS) – understand a must, actual coding skills a definite plus

•    Solid analytics technical skills with a strong interest in marketing technology

•    Ability to analyse data, enjoy running tests to increase conversions through various channels
•    Sales mind-set and strong customer focus
•    A team player, resourceful, action-oriented, innovative, creative and willing to pitch in where needed
•    Proficient in English (German a plus)
