We are looking for graduates with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and can do mindset, who are eager to learn, broaden their knowledge and expertise and want to make a difference. Over an 18-month period, you will receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different lines of business and departments.
About the Role
As our Graduate, you will support us in our daily agenda and underwriting tasks - including risk research and analysis of risk exposure, documentation and processing of the files, analysis of policy conditions and commercial efforts and negotiations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Conducting research on Spanish and Portuguese insurance market to identify potential targets and opportunities for new business development.

Providing support on the underwriting analyses - of new submissions, of our business practices, and financial analysis for new and existing clients.

Participating in discussions and dealings with clients and brokers in cooperation with UW and client managers.

Supporting us with preparation of insurance proposals, all kinds of documents, marketing materials and sales presentations.

Contributing to document organization to ensure they are complete and accurately processed in our systems.
About You
We are looking for a well organized, open-minded and curious person, with a keen interest to learn about re/insurance and wide range of related topics. Other than that, you:

Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Master degree) in fields such as Law, Business Administration or Finance

Have outstanding interpersonal skills allowing you to actively contribute to the team spirit as well as effectively connect with people in multinational environments.

Have strong analytical skills, financial analysis knowledge, digital literacy and are results-oriented
-
Are innovative, showing a high degree of own initiative, takes accountability and are a fast learner and curious problem solver.

You have an excellent command of English and Spanish

Legal knowledge and/or interest on corporate law are advantageous.
