About the Team

 

The Underwriting Assistant will provide assistance to the Facultative Underwriter and provide support regarding tools, records management and processes.

Support Facultative UW with reports and highlight points of concern/interest

Assists in the planning and reporting process including data gathering and data entry.

Supports fac UW with client events

Supports Fac UW with rating of Property risks

 

About the Role

 

Provide administrative support regarding tools, record management and processes for the business relationships in his/her area of responsibility

Analyze incoming submissions for Data entry and proper team assignment

Responsible for data quality in systems

Enforce and maintain guidelines throughout all facultative risks including archiving and storage planning

Manage the document flow/management of all fac-UW-relevant documents

Ensure (external and internal) audit compliance.

Case specific coordination with client markets related functions

First level support regarding client markets relevant applications

 

About you

A four year college degree or equivalent is highly preferred.

(Re)insurance knowledge

Must be fully proficient in the English language both written and verbal. Additional languages of relevant markets are nice to have.
