About the Role

In the Claims Payment Unit (CPU) you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from different Swiss Re locations and external clients.
In this role is required to work within a set framework of processes and guidelines but innovative ideas or suggestions are always welcomed.

You will build partnership with external clients and respond to ad-hoc queries on time.

About the Team

  • The Claims Payment Unit Team (CPU)oversees paying claims from Canada, USA and Latin-America as a core task.
  • Client Requests – Respond to various internal and external requests for information
  • CPU has good and timely communication with Technical Accounting and Claims teams from the different locations to ensure the quality and accuracy of the payments.
  • CPU is in charge of reviewing the ledger to look for offset and cleanup opportunities
  • Active daily business correspondence, investigation and analysis.
  • Assurance of professional communication with our clients and ensuring of professional service provision.

 

About You

  • University degree preferably in finance, accounting, economics or administration but other areas are considered.
  • you describe yourself as detail oriented and willing to auto- learn continuously
  • Language skills: Fluent or Advanced comprehension and use of English (written, spoken, listening)
  • You will exercise critical thinking analysis and problem solving
  • You will work collaboratively in virtual/remote international/global/multicultural team environment
  • Team player, positive attitude and collaborative approach.
