About the role
As a Claims Manager you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join us: a diverse and motivated team, committed to delivering value and innovative services together with our partners in the primary insurance space. You will work in an agile and cross-functional environment, where servicing customers in the best possible way is of utmost importance. You will be managing claims handling processes by monitoring and handling complex claims in P&C business (incl. motor) in cooperation with other stakeholders having in mind customer focus, effectiveness and efficiency and actively contributing in building a modern, state of the art claims organization.

Responsibilities
 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively participate in developing the claims value proposition for the Italian market – processes, working procedures, fraud detection rules, litigation prevention and recovery.
  • Monitor and give active support to the managing general agent companies and claims outsourcing company
  • Monitor and give active support to the service providers (craftsmen networks, repairers, assistance companies, assessment providers, investigators)
  • Have ownership of complex claims cases in P&C business (incl. motor) and coordinate with the outsourcer
  • Continuously monitor the claims KPI`s and process quality, along with customer satisfaction
  • Analyze continuously the potential improvement of in the claims processes

About you

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in complex claims management in P&C business on the Italian market
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian insurance market and the local claims management
  • High levels of organization, detail orientation and results drive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others to deliver toward a common goal
  • Excellent analytical tasks
  • Ability to adapt, adjust and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills with senior business leaders and project teams
  • Ready to embrace what we value: customer passion, distinctive engineering, and personal growth
  • Excellent language skills in Italian, fluent in English
