About the role

 

  • Active ownership of the claims handling process in P&C business in Germany
  • Coordination and communication with all claim stakeholders (customers, third parties, lawyers)
  • Oversee with TPA when the out-sourcer is involved
  • Be responsible for the activity of the claims outsourcing company, SLA`s, service quality
  • Lead all aspects of the activity of the claim's providers (craftsmen networks, repairers, assistance companies, assessment providers, investigators)
  • Design and hold training courses on claims-related topics and claims processes
  • Actively participate in developing the claims value proposition – processes, working procedures, fraud detection rules, litigation prevention and recovery
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)

 

About you

 

  • 5-7 years of experience in claims management (P&C Motor and Household/Building an advantage) in the German market
  • Ability to make independent decisions based on your entrepreneurial spirit
  • A person able to spot trends and anticipate shifts in consumer's priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt, adjust and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills with senior business leaders and project teams
  • Ready to embrace what we value: customer passion, distinctive engineering, and personal growth
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent language skills in German
