About the Role

Key responsibilities:

• You are the Single Point of Contact for CatNet® content - You draw on your expertise to support clients when they have questions about CatNet content. Moreover, you act as go-to product specialist for regional sales and origination teams

• Build and implement our data content roadmap for CatNet® within the larger NatCat product portfolio and do not shy from creating new datasets.

• You contribute to product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and continuous competitor reviews together with the CatNet® Product Management team

• Manage a smooth end-to-end data integration process across teams, from selecting valuable datasets, evaluating these, supervising timely internal processing/preparation to licensing, implementing, documenting, and releasing in alignment with the larger product roadmap

• Supervise all aspects of CatNet®-related content delivery and maintenance.

• Apply your detailed understanding of NatCat risk assessment, data and modelling solutions and a global view of competitors in this field.

About You

We are looking for YOU - communication, influencing skills are in your nature and NatCat is your passion! Take an initiative over topics and contribute actively to the overall team spirit.

Essentials:

• Master's degree in natural sciences or a comparable education/ working experience.

• Commercially minded with least 3 years' experience in a natural catastrophe related field (insurance, reinsurance, broker, or model/data vendor).

• Gained hands on experience in NatCat modelling, working with geographic information systems, data preparation and processing.

• You have strong project management skills and the ability to influence

• Proficient in English.

Nice to have:

• Profound overview of emergent topics (new data sets, new products) in the natural catastrophe and property space, and you know the relevant players.

• Additional language proficiency.
