About the Role

 

•    Support of Underwriters on day-to-day tasks.
•    Preparation of underwriting decisions.
•    Servicing of existing clients: input and maintenance of data in systems and tool. 
•    Preparation and review of insurance documents and contracts for existing and new clients. 
•    Cooperation with colleagues and business partners worldwide.
•    Support and deputization of other Underwriting Assistants. 
•    Review and clearance of payments and booking of premiums.  
•    Review and assignment of premium refunds. 
•    Review of invoices ahead of submission to clients. 
•    Review of exposure reductions before risk release. 
     Client responsible contact for Technical Accounting and Service Desk.
 
 
About the Team 

 

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions looks for a temporary, full-time "Trade Finance Transaction and Fee Specialist" for Credit & Surety, located in Munich (min. until 31 Dec. 2022). 
In the Corporate Solutions underwriting team you will find a dynamic, international and innovative environment with exciting tasks. 
 
About You

 

•    Professional experience in Insurance (preferably Direct Insurance), Banking or in an international company of a related sector. 
•    Accomplished apprenticeship in Insurance ("Versicherungskaufmann/-frau") or "Fachwirt/in" or a university degree in Business Administration/Economics. 
•    Fluent in German; advanced language skills in English. 
•    Quick apprehension, high self-motivation and independence, flexibility and resilience; structured working manner.
•    Teamplayer, communicative with high service orientation.
